Law Enforcement Assistance

Mister Network understands the critical importance of cooperation between our company, business owners, and local law enforcement to make surveillance video systems truly effective.  We will generally provide support & still image retrieval to law enforcement at no charge.

We will provide still-image retrieval services for DVRs accessible online, free of charge to law enforcement if you can provide the exact time, date, and duration of the event, as well as a description of the event and suspects.   Images will be delivered electronically.
Since the time involved to print images, burn CDs or DVDs, review recordings to find an event, or to download moving images can be excessive, Mister Network must charge for these services.
